Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every piece we ship. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works.

Return Window

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

Socks, hats, and bags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Items marked “final sale” at checkout are also non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email orders@nobleethik.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day for U.S. orders. International returns are at customer expense.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement. Once your return is received, you’ll be refunded in full.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund within 3 business days. Funds typically land back on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping is non-refundable except on damaged or defective items.
